Hi. I have quick question: I came to USA after more than 1 year on reentry permit on 7th February 2020 and Interviewed on 6th February 2023. As I calculated my days I have already completed more than half time in the USA almost 3 years completed continuously on spouse immigration. Because I didn't go out side USA since 7th February 2020 but Still waiting USCIS decision. I am optimistic it should approve. What do you think ???

I came to the usa at the port of otay mesa. I had a valid B2 visa. I asked the border guard right away for an asylum. After 2 days in the bordeaux, they sent me to detention for 3 months. The visa was cancelled in accordance with the law 22 CFR 41.122. At the Master Hearing the judge accused me of entering the US without a visa (although I had the visa). But I told her I had a visa. The judge postponed another master hiring to find out the visa situation. Is it right and according to the law the border guards acted? Is there any chance that if I was not treated according to the law to win the case and get a change of status.
